(Zumar) 39 : 68

And the Trumpet will be blown, then whoever is in the earth and the heavens will fall dead except the one Allah intends, then another Trumpet will be blown in it, then all of them are rising and are looking around.

At the first blow of the Trumpet, whoever is in the universe will fall dead, except those whom Allah wills. At the second blow of the Trumpet, they all will be raised, looking around, and at the third blow of the Trumpet, they all will be gathered at Makkah—the center of the world—for Judgment. See explanation 18: 98-99; 36: 51-53; 50: 41-42; 84: 1-4.
